WaveWellness provides subscription-based wellbeing support services for superyacht crew and management, delivered through a secure online platform. Our approach is designed to be simple, flexible, and tailored to each vessel or team.

Get in touch via our website contact form or email us directly at hello@wavewellnesss.com. We will arrange a time to understand your vessel, crew size, and specific wellbeing needs.
Step 2: Receive a Tailored Proposal
Based on your requirements, we provide a clear overview of the services available, along with a tailored pricing proposal. WaveWellness operates on a monthly subscription model, with pricing dependent on crew size and level of support required. All pricing is confirmed in advance before any commitment is made.
Step 3: Confirm Your Subscription
Once you are ready to proceed, we will finalise your onboarding and subscription details. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers or invoiced directly, depending on your setup.
Step 4: Access the Platform
Your crew will receive access to the WaveWellness platform, where they can engage with services including:

Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Access
WaveWellness subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any subscription period that has already been paid.
